the location was superb, right in the middle of the city. most things were easy to reach and walk to. staff were SO happy and smily! the decor was bright and cheery.
The room was a mixed bag! the desk area was microscopic. it was not even deep enough for an open laptop. worst of all, the wi-fi was appalling. It was slow and kept dropping out.

This hotel is near my favorite restaurants and bars. The hotel is modern and clean, it's great for a long weekend. I liked the 50% discount on parking. This is a big saving. it had a really fun vibe!
A staff member let herself into our room at 4 PM while we were changing to go out! She knocked and walked right in without waiting for an answer. This.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy, and I received helpful information about nearby attractions. The room included a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel offered games in the lobby areawith a fun and social atmosphere. That was very important to me.
I noticed dust on the higher shelves in the room.

The free welcome drink at arrival was a real treat, I loved it! The photo booth was so much fun, with props and backdrops. The staff being friendly, and they were always ready to help.
The bathroom felt a tiny bit cramped, but everything else rocked!

the location was ideal. it was easy to check in and out. i found the communal spaces lovely. the room was also great.
the heater was too loud, and , made it hard to sleep. the sink was partially clogged. this caused water to pool. the shower tap was also leaking.
